Thank you for using Scifinder Scholar from the USC Libraries in your study and research!

Here are kind reminders from the Library.

1. Please strictly keep the installation sheet and key file confidential!
SciFinder Scholar at USC Library is paid and subscribed by the Library and is exclusive for all USC users. If you need to access SciFinder Scholar, please kindly contact me, your Chemistry Librarian, for more information. It is necessary for you to present the following information: your department, your supervisor (if a student), your research lab and your computer operating system.

Any inappropriate access and use of ScifFinder Scholar may result in withdrawal of a license to the whole campus and possible penalties for the responsible party under university regulations. For more details, please consult Electronic Resources Usage Guidelines web page of USC Libraries.

2. System support
Please find the system support information at (http://www.cas.org/support/academic/sf/systreq2007.html) before you choose your installation system.

3. Training
If you want to learn more about SFS, please contact me, your Chemistry Librarian, and I am more than happy to help you. Meanwhile, the CAS provides the learning support of SFS at (http://www.cas.org/support/academic/sf/index.html), which you can review and learn by yourself.
